Em dic Laura, i com tu, jo tamb\u00e9 he necessitat posar ordre a la meva vida.<\/p><p>Una de les \u00e8poques m\u00e9s dif\u00edcils que recordo va ser els meus 22-23 anys. Estudiava Dret a la uni, feia de cangur, gestionava un trastorn alimentari i passava per una ruptura (tot alhora). L\u00f2gicament, el meu cos no ho va aguantar i vaig desenvolupar un problema card\u00edac.<\/p><p>Despr\u00e9s d\u2019aquells dies a l\u2019hospital, vaig fer l\u2019enlla\u00e7 entre la meva salut mental i la meva salut f\u00edsica, i vaig comen\u00e7ar a escoltar el meu cos i observar qu\u00e8 necessitava. Vaig acabar el Grau en Dret i vaig decidir estudiar ter\u00e0pies naturals i ioga (i fins i tot en vaig ser profe durant uns anys!).<\/p><p>Com m\u00e9s estudiava i practicava, m\u00e9s clar se&#8217;m feia que hi havia un com\u00fa denominador entre el conflicte biol\u00f2gic (malaltia) i el conflicte personal: el nostre propi prisma, la forma com experimentem les coses. Ajudar-te a sortir del caos perqu\u00e8 entenguis i recuperis el lloc que mereixes, tant a la teva fam\u00edlia, a la teva feina o a la teva vida.<\/p><p>Perqu\u00e8 a a la vida li agrada
